The session covered how AI can support real business needs; where ChatGPT, Codex and API-based solutions fit different types of work; mapping a business workflow to find the right AI starting point; and responsible use, including information access, answer quality and human review.
Our team came away with a shared framework for choosing the right AI approach, and the safeguards to put in place before implementation.
